Joan Motley Consulting encompasses a unique approach through an ongoing support system. Joan provides assistance with care coordination, problem-solving, continuous guidance, direction, and assistance with decisions relating to the best care. Joan considers the whole picture while encompassing the projected increased needs of the individual.  While providing input on care plan coordination, Joan helps to educate on ways to decrease stress and burnout, which is all too common with those playing a caregiving role.

Through Joan‘s approach to an ongoing support system, Joan checks in with the families that hire her, frequently, to be sure no new concerns have developed, while continuously educating family members about the best approach methods and goals of care.
